IsoHorns LLC Fulfillment Policies

Cancellation Policy:
Customers may cancel their order at any time prior to shipment directly from their order status page and will receive a full refund. If the order has already shipped, customers can still cancel by refusing delivery. Once the refused package is returned to IsoHorns LLC, a full refund will be issued.

Refund Policy:
Full refunds will be provided for orders canceled before shipment or for orders refused upon delivery and returned unopened. Refunds will be processed promptly upon receipt and verification of the returned item.

Return Policy:
If customers are unsatisfied with their purchase, they may return the undamaged product within 30 days of receiving the item. A 20% restocking fee will apply to these returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

Warranty Policy:
IsoHorns LLC offers a one-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Within this period, defective products will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Customers should contact IsoHorns LLC directly to initiate a warranty claim.
