Shipping and Delivery Policy

Cyber Antennas LLC ships products from our warehouse in Shenzhen, China or the warehouse specified in the product page via reputable shipping carriers including UPS, FedEx, DHL.

Typical Shipping Times:

• Air shipping: 5-10 days
• Ground shipping: 5-10 days
• Sea freight shipping: 30-60 days

Sea freight shipments don't receive tracking information until they arrive at the destination port and are transferred to trucks for ground delivery.

Accurate Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. Cyber Antennas LLC is not liable for delivery issues resulting from inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their order at any time prior to shipment directly from their order status page and will receive a full refund. If the order has already shipped, customers can still cancel by refusing delivery. Once the refused package is returned to Cyber Antennas LLC, a full refund will be issued.

Refund Policy

Full refunds will be provided for orders canceled before shipment or for orders refused upon delivery and returned unopened. Refunds will be processed promptly upon receipt and verification of the returned item.

Return Policy

If customers are unsatisfied with their purchase, they may return the undamaged product within 30 days of receiving the item. A 20% restocking fee will apply to these returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

Warranty Policy

Cyber Antennas LLC offers a one-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Within this period, defective products will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Customers should contact Cyber Antennas LLC directly to initiate a warranty claim.
